Hello,
My husband and I have our home 2 years ago with an adjustable mortgage. The interest rate has come and we have to refinance.
The problem is that our credit score is approximately 600th
Can we refinance? Our house is valued at approximately $ 240K, we have $ 25K of debt and approximately $ 140K per year.

FHA refinance up to 95%, with rates of less than 7%
You still have to qualify the county boundaries.
You can always try .... conventional, and they pay the lender, PMI ...
